Before placing any bets on Wicket7, users are required to fully understand the betting rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless Wicket7 itself does so under special circumstances.

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled accordingly. If a bet is registered late during live betting due to a connection issue, Wicket7 reserves the right to accept or void it.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a betting event, Wicket7's decision shall be final. Internationally recognised sources are used to determine all results.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on Wicket7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Abusing bonus offers in a fraudulent manner
• Harassing or intimidating other users

Wicket7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process
• Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity
• Court or regulatory authority orders
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
